Can Proofreading Improve Clarity?
I am writing a research assignment and sometimes wonder if my sentences are easy for another person to understand. While looking for writing tips, I came across Dissertation Editing and Proofreading Services. Does proofreading also help with unclear sentences, or is it mainly about spelling and grammar? I want my writing to stay simple and still sound like me. Would asking a classmate to read it help too? I would appreciate suggestions from students who have checked their academic work before submitting it.

I like the topic because clarity is often harder to judge when you already know what you meant to say. I think asking a classmate to read a section can show where the wording confuses another person. I once struggled with a difficult college math workload and searched for college math exam takers for hire when I was stressed, but I learned that getting feedback on my weak areas was more useful. Reading aloud and taking breaks can also make unclear sentences easier to spot.
